About The Event
As part of the ongoing VarYok Programme at YUNT, the workshop titled “EncounteringSituating” will take place. The workshop aims to open up a discussion on curatorial practices and modes of working together by focusing on the processes through which exhibitions are formed. The event will be held at YUNT on Saturday, 17 January from 11:00 to 14:00.
Throughout the workshop, a shared space for reflection and discussion will be created around questions of how objects, narratives, ideas, and contexts come together within an exhibition, and how exhibitions operate as places of compromise.
The language of the event is Turkish.
The workshop is limited to 10 participants. Participants will be selected from among those who submit a written application. To apply, please select one of the questions included in the text and send a response of no more than 200 words to hd@yunt.art by January 4, 2026.
